Giving back

I’m donating 10% of Adriano Consulting’s annual profit to Austin Community College to help fund the education of eligible, high-achieving international students pursuing a Business Administration degree.

The founder

My professional journey began in Brazil as an English as a Second Language (ESL) teacher and coordinator — an experience that sparked my path toward higher education abroad. Even earlier, as a junior chess champion for South America, I learned the value of grounded strategy, pattern recognition, and keeping a calm mind when planning several moves ahead.

Over the past decade, I’ve led international teams in tech, supported senior executives, and built strong expertise in business administration across corporate and public organizations. Now, as an MBA candidate in Business Analytics, I’m blending analytical training with real-world problem-solving to help families and individuals navigate life’s complexities with practical plans for finances, life balance, and creative ventures — the latter inspired by my husband’s phenomenal work as an independent artist.

I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. Every person’s position on the board is different, and the next best move depends on their unique traits, resources, and circumstances. That’s why I created Adriano Consulting LLC and the ICU System: a human-designed framework that transforms self-understanding into clear, personalized action plans.
