Founder

My professional journey began in Brazil as an English as a Second Language (ESL) teacher and coordinator — an experience that set me on the path toward higher education abroad. Even earlier, as a competitive chess player in South America, I learned the value of grounded strategy, pattern recognition, and staying calm while planning several moves ahead.

Over the past decade, I have led international teams in tech, supported senior executives, and developed strong expertise in business management across corporate and public organizations. Now, as an MBA candidate in Business Analytics, I combine analytical training with real-world problem-solving to help people navigate life’s complexities.

Through Adriano Consulting, I design practical products and services across three areas: creative ventures, family finance, and life balance. My creative pathway is deeply influenced by my husband’s work as an independent artist, which shaped my understanding of how ideas, income, and identity intersect.

I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. Every person’s position on the board is different, and the next best move depends on their unique traits, resources, and circumstances. That belief is the foundation of Adriano Consulting LLC and the “I See You” System: a human-designed framework that turns self-understanding into clear, personalized action plans.

When I’m not developing ways to help people realistically manage their creative work, money, and energy, I’m spending time with family and friends or snuggling with the most spoiled dog in the universe: Peanut.
